 ] DESCRIPTION:                                                        ]
 ]  DURING A TAL ABORT, THE POSSIBILITY EXISTS FOR THE OMS ENGINES TO  ]
 ]  BE CYCLED ON, OFF, AND ON AGAIN BEFORE THE REQUIRED OFF TIME HAS   ]
 ]  ELAPSED. IF BFS IS PRO'ED TO MM301 AFTER PASS HAS INITIATED ITS    ]
 ]  OMS DUMP SEQUENCE (RCS 4+X SETTLING BURN OR OMS/RCS INTERCONNECT), ]
 ]  A TIME SKEW WILL BE CREATED WHICH COULD CAUSE THIS CONDITION. IF   ]
 ]  BFS IS ENGAGED AFTER PASS STARTS THE OMS ENGINES BUT BEFORE BFS HAS]
 ]  COMPLETED ITS SETTLING BURN (FOR OMS ONLY DUMP) OR INTERCONNECT    ]
 ]  (FOR OMS +24 RCS JET DUMP), THE BFS ENGAGEMENT LOGIC WILL TURN OFF ]
 ]  THE OMS ENGINES. THEN, THE OMS ENGINES WILL BE RESTARTED BY THE BFS]
 ]  WHEN IT COMPLETES ITS SETTLING BURN OR INTERCONNECT. IF THIS TIME  ]
 ]  SKEW IS CREATED, A SECOND ENGAGEMENT WINDOW WILL EXIST AT THE END  ]
 ]  OF THE DUMP. IF BFS IS ENGAGED IN THIS WINDOW, THE OMS ENGINES WILL]
 ]  BE CYCLED AS DESCRIBED ABOVE UNLESS PASS HAD FAILED DURING THE OMS ]
 ]  PURGE, IN WHICH CASE THE BFS WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO STOP THE PURGE   ]
 ]  UNTIL AN NZ LIMIT IS REACHED.                                      ]
