 ]   FOR ALL 20 AUTOSEQUENCES IS UPLINKED AT ONE TIME), A NEW VALUE    ]
 ]   IS SUPPLIED FOR THE ARM ID, THE RANGE OF VALUES FOR THE ARM       ]
 ]   ID ARE 0-2 (0=PORT ARM; 1=STARBOARD ARM; 2=BOTH ARMS); HOWEVER    ]
 ]   THE FLIGHT SOFTWARE IS EXPECTING VALUES IN THE RANGE OF 1-3       ]
 ]   (1=PORT ARM; 2=STARBOARD ARM; 3=BOTH ARMS).  SINCE THE UPLINK     ]
