 ]  THE FAILURE OR POWER OFF OF THE CURRENT NSP AND THE POWER ON OF    ]
 ]  THE IDLE NSP, ONE TRANSIENT ERROR ON THE NEW CURRENT NSP AT        ]
 ]  POWER ON WILL CAUSE ONLY A 1 CYCLE NSP DATA COMFAULT ON THE NEW    ]
